Delete your Azdawaj account

You can request or cancel deletion here without installing the app. Verify the email you use for Azdawaj, including an account created with Google sign-in.

Your 14-day cancellation window

Your account remains active for 14 days after your first request. Cancel here or in Profile → Account deletion during that window. After the window ends, automatic processing begins and deletion cannot be undone. If processing encounters a problem, contact us for an update.

What is removed

Your account, profile, photos, verification uploads, preferences, likes, visits, notifications, matches and conversations associated with your account are removed from active systems. The billing provider is asked to remove its customer record. A completion email is sent after processing succeeds.

Unlinked accounting totals and one-way purchase receipt digests remain to prevent repeated purchase grants. Restricted recovery backups follow a maximum 30-day retention policy from original capture and may contain older data until expiry; deletion must be reapplied before any restored service is opened.
